Getting cheeky: A Flush Of Colour Cream Blush in CB15, by Fyne.

Introducing you to our Flush Of Colour Cream Blush, a luxurious blend of pigment and hydration that brings your cheeks to life, delivering a soft delicate touch that mimics a natural flush-face finish with a subtle radiant glow.

Formulated with a pigmented and creamy balm texture that melts effortlessly into the skin, allowing a seamlessly blend-able and easily build-able application every time! Whether you want a simple barely-there tint or a vibrant pop of colour, our Flush Of Colour Cream Blush helps you achieve your own customisable finish for all your blush needs.

It's time for another local brand which has an awesome blush line, which can currently be bought at a bargain price, because it is going to be repackaged in the near-future; you are still paying £15 per blush on Fyne's site, but you can buy the blushes from their TikTok store for just £4 [yes, the store over there is the real deal - the company CEO versatile been on it multiple times], so you can currently grab yourself a great bargain by hopping onto TikTok 👌

Since it's still available on the TikTok store, I'm going to focus on the deepest shade in the line today, so you can see just how well the formula blends out on my basement dweller-like skin - the blushes are very adaptable...

Fresh squeezed Juice? [reviewing the Personal edp variant, by Commodity]

“I really wanted to redefine what a juicy scent is. Juice centers on succulent, vibrant fruits, but the ingredients I paired them with make this scent unique. Bulgarian Rose and fresh Cyclamen add bloom and breath rather than classic floral facets. Amberwood brings modernity and depth, elevating the idea of juice as we know it. Juice Expressive is an explosive, colorful, unconventional twist on the juicy, fruity fragrance profile."—Nathalie Benareau

A sparkling interpretation of Juice that showcases the lighter side of ripe red fruits. Strawberry, Rhubarb and Raspberry Pulp are stirred into transparency with ethereal Amberwood and fresh Violet Leaf!.

I recently saw that the limited edition Glossybox For Mum Edit contains a 30ml bottle of the Commodity J̌uice fragrance - and the six-piece gift set costs less than a 30ml bottle alone [then you also have the other individually packaged items which make perfect gifts for others] - so yeah, I ordered a set as soon as it became available for purchase...

I've now had it for a couple of weeks and feel familiar with it enough to go into a deeper exploration, so that you can decide if it is worth getting the GlossyBox edit for the chance to save yourself some money on the bottle of the Commodity, before stock sells out.

Today I want to share one of my favourite formulas on the market when it comes to liquid blushes with you - the P.louise Cheek Of It liquid blushes. The various Cheek Of It lines of blushes and bronzers are actually currently on clearance because they are being reformulated & repackaged, so you can pick up real bargains at the minute.

I own an embarrassing amount of shades of these, and today I'm focusing on one that I've frequently worn that  is still available to buy at the time of writing this post...

[It is just listed with the other Cheek Of It blushes - I didn't notice that it was originally a collaboration shade]

Blurred lines: Rhode Pocket Blush in Tan Line

A little blush for a little flush. Our on-the-go cream blush wakes up cheeks and lips with a satiny, diffused flush that melts on smoothly and stays all day. It’s a lightweight formula that hydrates skin for baby-soft cheeks and leaves a glowy finish without a greasy feel.

When it comes to makeup, I've been majorly into blush for a good few years now  ‐ whenever I go on a beauty site or into a store, it's the different blush products that are always one of the things I'll be checking out first.

I've been watching American creators raving over the Rhode Pocket Blush sticks for a while now, so when the brand launched into UK Sephora stores I jumped straight into action.

Having now having worn my pick many times, I'm ready to give my feedback...

Got Milk? (reviewing the expressive edp variant, by Commodity)

"In creating Milk, I was inspired by the memory of a family vacation in the Fall, when we spent hours around hot wood-fires, telling stories and making s’mores. I wanted to capture the intimate nostalgia of this moment in a fragrance
" - Christelle Laprade

Seeking comfort in the familiar, this creamy and calming scent offers the perfect start to the day. Cold Milk adds a cooling element to an otherwise rich and warm fragrance of Marshmallow, Mahogany, and Tonka Bean.

During the last couple of years I've received a couple of the 10ml Milk fragrance pens in beauty advent calendars and Christmas gift sets and I was expecting another fragrance pen from the Glossybox 2025 advent calendar too, so I was surprised to find a 30ml bottle instead of the expected pen. I remember liking the scent, but I qhave habit of losing perfume pens which happened with both of my Milk ones, therefore I was really chuffed with finally getting a bottle - Commodity fragrances aren't cheap.

I'm looking forward to a deeper dive into my first full-sized Commodity fragrance...

🚨 The limited edition Glossybox For Mum Edit contains a 30ml bottle of the Commodity J̌uice fragrance - the six-piece gift set actually costs less than a 30ml bottle alone, and then you have the other individually packaged items which make perfect gifts for others 🚨

Third time's the charm? [reviewing Cosmic Intense edp, by Kylie Jenner]

creamier, warmer, and just as addictive - experience the bold evolution of our signature fragrance.
Cosmic kylie jenner intense is a bold, ambery gourmand evolution of the original cosmic. with heightened vanilla notes and decadent benzoin, it's creamier, warmer, and just as addictive. housed in a fiery red sculptural bottle to reflect its intensity, this fragrance leaves a lasting and unforgettable impression.

🚨 The third cosmic fragrance is here; it's also the third time that I was taken by surprise by the launch of a cosmic perfume - I've not been keeping up with new fragrance releases very well for a good few years now.

Anyway, back to the topic; I really enjoy the previous cosmic fragrances, so I had to track this new edition down ASAP...

here's hoping that it's even half as good as I'm expecting/hoping 🤞

What it feels like for a girl [reviewing Tommy Girl edt, by Tommy Hilfiger]

"Tommy girl was created for the girl in all of us"

The original and iconic Tommy Girl fragrance encourages you to take everything in and shape each day and every moment for the better.

Tommy Girl Eau de Toilette is an effervescent floral scent, capturing the freedom and optimism of a road trip in America. American treasures, opening with an invigorating burst of all-natural spearmint and bergamot. At the heart, a bouquet of jasmine and rose create the feeling of pure happiness. The scent finally reveals sensual accord of creamy sandalwood, warm amber, and musk.

Tommy Girl embraces you with unfiltered love and empowerment.

A little while ago I was trying to remember my first 'proper' fragrances and in narrowing down the list in my head, I definitely remember that Tommy Girl as being the first one that I received as a gift [Christmas 1996 - launch year]. However I was still into So..? body sprays and The Body Shop mists back then, so I don't think I wore Tommy Girl on my skin much (it probably became a air freshener tbÄ¥). I've long since muddled up my scent memories of it with another teenage Christmas gift [Ralph Lauren's Ralph] that I received when I was a bit older and starting to appreciate the world of fragrance more.

When I went to Boots at the start of the year, I saw a reduced gift set of Tommy Girl dumped on a random shelf and impulsively bought it, because I'm just really curious about it.

So let's go back to the past...

Speedy Review: Pink Sugar Berry Blast edt, by Aquolina.

The original note of Pink Sugar is enhanced by a boost of blueberries and blackberries, taking on an interesting sugary connotation...

A sweet and sugary fragrance, inspired by the sweetness and softness of cotton candy. A delightful world accented by delicate sweet touches reminiscent of the joy and fun of an evening at a fair.

A unique olfactory experience intertwining fantasy and reality.

I'm a big fan of Aquolina's Pink Sugar and have lost count of the number of bottles I've gotten through during the last couple of decades. I'd just finished yet another bottle and was looking around online for the best offers on a new one, which is how I discovered this version; the promise of Pink Sugar, with an added blast of berries, cedar, moss and cherry [Pink Sugar contains 'red berries', but I don't pick up on anything close to cherry]. How can that be anything other than a winner?

I've also tried a couple of the flankers too over the years, which have also been nice,so I thought that a blind buy would be a safe bet. Will the year be starting with a bang?
