Blurred lines: Rhode Pocket Blush in Tan Line

A little blush for a little flush. Our on-the-go cream blush wakes up cheeks and lips with a satiny, diffused flush that melts on smoothly and stays all day. It’s a lightweight formula that hydrates skin for baby-soft cheeks and leaves a glowy finish without a greasy feel.

When it comes to makeup, I've been majorly into blush for a good few years now  ‐ whenever I go on a beauty site or into a store, it's the different blush products that are always one of the things I'll be checking out first.

I've been watching American creators raving over the Rhode Pocket Blush sticks for a while now, so when the brand launched into UK Sephora stores I jumped straight into action.

Having now having worn my pick many times, I'm ready to give my feedback...

It was love from my first use onwards; the formula for this cream blush stick is user friendly. The packaging makes placement so easy and blending the formula out on the skin is extremely quick & simple. Building up layers is also very easy, giving you a customisable intensity of the wash of colour.

After purchasing more shades, I'd say that all of the shades in this line are universal, so if you're fair don't worry - even the deepest shade can be blended out into a flattering flush. If you have a deeper tone don't pass this line by ‐ every shade is effortless to build up.

What makes these blushes worth the money is not only the ease of the application, it's also how well they wear; I'll apply the blush in the morning and it'll still look freshly applied in the evening, with no unflattering dryness, zero colour fading and no caking.

I adore the formula for the Pocket Blush sticks, so much so that lately I've been buying one each time I pass by my closest Sephora. I've now used all of the ones that I have a similar number of times, and I have found them all to have the same excellent formula.

I've been considering a series spotlighting my favourite individual blushes in my collection on the blog, so my other Pocket Blush shades will be showing up soon...

Rhode Pocket Blush sticks cost £25 each
