This month sees the launch of Heat Kissed, the new fragrance from the Heat collection of fragrances by Coty and Beyonce. The lush composition begins with exotic fruity notes of litchi, mango and pitahaya. Its rich heart includes Red Fury orchid, Sambac jasmine and Moroccan rose oil. Exotic woody notes of African sandalwood and patchouli are combined with vanilla infusion to create a warm and inviting base.
I think of Coty's earlier Beyonce fragrances as being nice but nothing wildly exciting. However as their brand grows I've found myself getting drawn in - I was pleasantly surprised by both Rise and Heat Wild Orchid.

So I'm looking forward to finding this new release in-store and testing it. Not least because I googled Red Fury orchid (as it sounded like a name that the makers dreamt up), and found out that it is a cymbidium orchid & the fierce name is due to the colouring and markings on the flower, so I'm interested to see how the perfumers have caught the fiery elements of the flower's appearance in scent form...
Heat Kissed will go on sale any day now, and will be available in 30ml, 50ml, and 100ml bottles.
