When buying shampoo last week, I saw that I could pick up a multi-use product by my favourite 'drugstore' brand, whilst simultaneously donating to a charity supporting cancer-patients.

Everyone can wear one or two stripes as a highlighter. I think of the pearl shade as being a universal shade, that everyone and enjoy and on a personal note, the yellow gold is a pretty summer-time shade for when my skin is slightly darker. People with medium and darker skintones can also mix individual shades together, for even more options.
I was surprised that the best way for me to get the most use out of the five individual stripes of highlighter is as a bronzer, as I thought it'd be too shimmery and warm, as you get two gold strips and two bronze tones in a formula that is specified as a highlighter. However when the product is applied with a bronzer brush most of the shimmer is buffed away, plus that one strip of a neutral/cool shade manages to tone down the golds and bronzes, so that even my fair complexion looks decent wearing them - if you have medium or darker skin, then I recommend concentrating your brush on the left-hand side of the heart.
This formula is not the best when it is used as an eyeshadow for all-day wear, as after seven/eight hours it begins to show noticeable signs of wear; the shimmer dies down, there is slight colour fade and quite a bit of creasing = if you work full-time an/or plan on a dawn-to-dusk look, then using shades from Inspired By Love isn't the safest bet. However if you like the shades and want to use them as eyeshadow, then wearing them as such for an occasion/event which you know won't be more then six to seven hours is all good.
