The Prerogative line has a huge Ego... [reviewing Prerogative Ego edp, by Britney Spears]

Prerogative Ego, the new bold and tantalizing unisex fragrance. This iridescent sparkling fragrance blooms with a warm floral bouquet providing a lush, lavish texture. Sun-soaked woods and sensual ambers envelope your skin in a soft, irresistible glow.
Play it your way and break the rules. Choose your side, then change your mind. Follow your instinct. Prerogative Ego, the fragrance with no boundaries.
What’s your Prerogative?

I'm keeping the Britney Spears fragrance train going a bit longer, as I recently stumbled across a 2020 flanker release from the brand that I'd not heard of before; so clearly I had to buy it to see what is going on with the Prerogative line.

Today I'm looking at Prerogative Ego

Wishing Fantasy a happy fifteenth birthday [reviewing Fantasy Intense edp, by Britney Spears].

A unique interpretation of the iconic Fantasy fragrance that elicits sweet temptation and leaves an unforgettable and lasting impression.

Alluring and addictive at its core, Fantasy Intense introduces a new amplified, captivating signature with intoxicating notes.

Sensual, yet playfully sweet, this seductive scent leaves a tantalizing trail that lingers to entice.

I should have realized that a new Fantasy flanker was coming  for the original's 15th birthday, when I saw that Festive Fantasy had been reduced in price a few weeks  ago, but this has caught me by surprise - her fragrance team haven't officially announced it yet, but the Superdrug site has begun to sell it anyway.

I've got my fingers crossed that this will be a slightly tweaked version of the original; I want the whimsical & playful sweetness and warmth of Fantasy, but am hoping that this will introduce a 'older' depth and authoritative stamp. Britney & the original fans of Fantasy have grown up, so I'm excited to see if the perfume has grown up too...

It's a month closer to Christmas, let's get festive... [reviewing Festive Fantasy edt, by Britney Spears]

Opulent. Vibrant. Hypnotic.
Live to celebrate life! Enjoy the simple pleasures of every new day, as they encapsulate you into opulent color, dreams and delight.
Jubilance and vibrancy will be your addictive signature. Festive fantasy, the new enchanting fragrance...

I'm either late for last Christmas or early for Christmas 2021, but now that last year's flanker of Fantasy - Festive Fantasy - has been lowered in price, I want to take a closer look at it.

Is it a great bargain, or something to skip past?

[Music Minute] Positions, by Ariana Grande.

Positions is the sixth studio album by American singer Ariana Grande, released on October 30, 2020, by Republic Records [following Yours Truly, My Everything, Dangerous Woman, Sweetener & Thank U, Next].

The singer worked with a variety of producers on the album, including Tommy BrownAnthony M. JonesLondon on da TrackMurda BeatzThe RascalsScott StorchShea Taylor and Charles Anderson.

I have every Ariana album and, spoiler alert, think that this is the weakest one that she has released to date.

I wish I'd listened to the tracks on her YouTube channel first, because then I wouldn't have bothered buying the album and would have saved myself some money. It's my own fault really, as I didn't really like the lead single [positions] that much, but I dismissed it as a one off miss and still rushed to download the album anyway...

As the sun prepares to set on 2020... [reviewing the Sunset eyeshadow palette, by Natasha Denona]

 Natasha Denona's warmest creation yet!

Inspired by the colours of the sunset, this palette features 15 new gorgeous eyeshadow shades in a combination of warm brown tones, burnt oranges, reds, golds, bronzes and yellows.

Natasha Denona Sunset Palette includes all four classic ND formulas in her signature Chroma Crystal, Creamy Matte, Metallic and Duo Chrome.

This was my first Natasha Denona palette; I'd always been interested in this brand and what about the formulas made  them worthy of their price range, but the scary prices were a huge deterrent. However I bit the bullet and bought this at the start of the year, after finding it at TK Maxx. I couldn't not buy it - Sunset was the palette from the brand that has interested me the most and there it was, sat on a shelf calling to me, with a good chunk of change knocked off the RRP...
