Getting lippie; Lip Wow in Ready To Wear by Bagsy...

Bagsy is a small British brand that focus on producing items that are considered as being 'everyday' handbag essentials. They have a capsule collection of products in compact sizes, ranging from dry shampoo, a concealer pencil, to what I want to show you today (PS; this is not a sponsored post)...

The brand's Wow Lip's remind me of Tarte's Lip Surgences and Revlon's Kissable Balm Stain's, but these are better than both brands; unlike the Lip Surgence's these don't melt in the tube and the caps don't crack, making a mess in my bags. And Revlon isn't cruelty free, and I'm working on replacing my makeup by brands that are involved with animal cruelty with more ethical options.

Want to know more about my favourite shade?

Ready To Wear is a glossy damson shade. As the shape of my lips is small, and my top lip is practically invisible, I struggle with reds and vampy shades, as they make my lips look like tiny slashes on my face. Therefore Ready To Wear is a great discovery for me - the red/plummy overtones appear less harsh in this shade, as the nude undertone soften the colour, preventing the shade from having a shrinking effect on my lips.

My lips have been kept hydrated and flake free, as this product applies glossy and the formula feels as light and comfortable as a balm.Yet the colour wears like a traditionally drying lip stain - it stays put for hours, through both eating and drinking.

Bagsy is cruelty free.

Wow Lip products are NOT suitable for vegans (other Bagsy products are vegan friendly).

Bagsy Lip Wow costs £12.

I got my lip crayon from Amazon & the Debenhams site also sells it.
